Scripture: Numbers 10:35
And it came to pass, when the Ark set forward, that moses said, Rise up, Lord, and let thy enemies be scattered, and let them that hate thee, flee before thee.
As we begin a new week, I want to admonish you of the need to pray and commit all your plans into the hands of God, especially if you have made up your mind to move forward this week.
If you have concluded within your heart, you desired to be better than where you are now, certainly you are the one i am talking to this morning. There is a need to pray. Know this, there are enemies that are positioned to react to your plans for progress. They are called enemies of progress. You can only overcome them when your God arise against them. Have you ever wonder why you make great plans, come up with great ideas every year, but most times you can’t even finish one. You start, not long after, you stop. This circle continues until you finally give up on the project.
Beloved, it is not because you don’t have good plans. There are enemies of progress, determine to stop you from fulfilling that dream. They want to frustrate your plans, they want to cause you to abandon that great ideas. That is all they do but this morning, God will rise up for you and your enemies shall be scattered.
In our scriptural text this morning, as the ark was set to move forward, Moses realized that to get to their destination, they must confront enemies of progress. He prayed and said Lord! Arise, let thy enemies be scattered.
I know you have great plans, I know you have powerful ideas, you started the year with great hope and great plans but already you have forgotten many of your supposed plans. Today, our God will rise against enemies position and determined to stop you. Every line they have drawn for members of your family, today you are breaking through that line. Today, powers assigned to frustrate all your efforts, may sudden judgement come upon them. The hands of zerubbabel have laid the foundation, the same hand will complete it. From today, no more abandoned project. Any project you start, you shall finish it. The God of heaven shall arise for your sake this week and all you lay your hands to do shall prosper. Your week is blessed. An unexpected miracle shall happen to you this week. God bless you!
