Scripture: Romance 9:15
For he said unto Moses, I will have mercy on whom I wil have mercy, I wil have compassion on whom I wil have compassion.
As we continue with our mercy series, let me quickly remind you that mercy is the sure access to gaining victory over any form of captivity.
We are often entangled for a reason. Most times, there are always cause to our struggle. It is either we are in bondage because of self inflicted curses or we are in it because of foundational inflicted curse. Sometimes, it is an enemy who hath done it. Matthew 13:25. But whether it is self inflicted or foundational or even an enemy, one sure way to breakout is through mercy. Mercy is the gift of God undeserved. It is God’s wisdom express. Mercy is God’s heart displayed even in our errors. Mercy is God’s judgement to those He loves.
The devil stands as an accuser. He stands to remind God always why you are not qualified for any deliverance, why you are not qualified for the blessings, for that victory, for healing. He always make sure of that as an abuser of the brethren. But I am glad to announce to you, the Mercy of God is never based on the opinion or man’s assessment. It is never based on your works or your errors. It is purely the way of God. He is rich in MERCY.
Our scriptural text today said: “He will have mercy on whom he will have mercy on and show compassion to whom he chooses” It’s solely His decision, not partiality. He is a sovereign God, this gives Him the power to make a soley decision irrespective of opinions and human conclusion. I am glad to tell you this morning, you have found favor in His sight. His mercy is bringing you deliverance this morning, you are breaking free from captivity, that yoke in your life and family is destroyed by the reason of God’s Mercy. Mercy is speaking loud for you in the face of your faults and errors. I see you rising to your place of acceptance. That yoke is destroyed! Hallelujah!
