Scripture: Genesis 2:7
And the Lord God form man of the dust of the ground. And breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
As we continue our discussion on the power of resurrection, i want your focus to be on Him who gives life, who is able to raise the dead.
“The Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils…” Man was formed from the dust of the earth, well constructed, perfectly designed, beautifully and wonderfully made but with all these structures and all the beauty, man was lifeless. Many times, it is not the structure that attracts, it is the life. What is dead can not move nor make progress. Many persons are powerfully structured, yet, they never attract anything good. Life is much more than having the best of education, best upbringing, great looks and so on. If anything is dead in you, you will struggle no matter how greatly structured your life is. Many persons out there are struggling because, though they breath, something is dead in them.
When Adam sin, he died but he was still breathing. There are many businesses that looks good from the outside when you look at them, but this businesses are dead in the inside. People hardly ask what is going on there. All the people that use to patronize you, suddenly are leaving you one after the other.
“Dead thing smells, and people run away from what is dead.”
Man was greatly structured but was still not attractive, was still not progressing because he was still lifeless. But when God breathed into man, he became a living soul. Suddenly that which was lifeless became a center of attraction.
Today, by the power of resurrection, I see that life of God, (ZOE), That life that gives meaning to existence. Today that life come into your business, into your life, your destiny. Your marriage, your family and all that concerns you. Receive the life of God now! Everything good that has left you as a result of deadness, today, they come back to you because life is restore in you. The life of God is upon you abundantly In the name of Jesus.
Declaration
I declare, today, I receive the life of God, (ZOE) into my life, my family, business, career, academic, marriage, and all that concerns me. I see restoration in all areas of my life. As the life of God comes alive in me so shall all that I lost be restored. My day is blessed.
